Changing Behaviour and a Different Approach

our programme supports the individual, not just the diagnosis.

The feedback below is from real patients who have taken part in the Evolve Health programme. Our coaches are passionate and engage completely with the individuals in the programme, providing a full wrap around support structure.

“I was told I had six months to live. I had moved in with my parents and my mum was even sleeping in my bed when my CNS recommended Health Coaching.

My coach supported and empowered me to live the life I had left.
With his help and support I have moved into my own apartment, have a new boyfriend and have enrolled in a two yearPilates training course.

I have started on an experimental drug trial and don’t know how long I have but I now feel empowered to really live my life. The support and encouragement I received from my coach has changed my life.”

I was feeling very negative about my cancer diagnosis and had decided not to tell my family and to wait on getting married. Most of my life I have been the one helping people.

My coach, Julie, was the first person to really help me, she really got me and has changed the way I look at life and my diagnosis. Through her support I have managed to tell my family about my diagnosis and I am planning on getting married this summer.

I couldn’t have done it without Julie’s encouragement and support.”

Catherine worked with her coach on her vision of recovery.

“ Success of treatment is dependent on the fact that life keeps going even with the additional challenges faced with the diagnosis . The coaching underpins the holistic health of the person beyond the chemicals necessary to treat”

Catherine as a single mother is now looking to help other single mothers through organizations such as Gingerbread and the UK Breast cancer support group. She is advocating that every single mum should be entitled to a coach..”
